Erasteel gathers over 120 clients in China!

In March, Erasteel organized a major technical seminar in Dongguan. This initiative, orchestrated in collaboration with our distributor partner PMMT, specialized in the cold work market in South China, was a big success, bringing together over 120 participants. Among them were clients and end-users from various industries such as encapsulation molds and plastic injection.

 

During this seminar, Erasteel’s sales teams and development & technical support teams, highlighted the outstanding qualities of our Powder Metallurgical High-Speed Steels (ASP®) and the significant advantages offer by these products over other steels on the market.

 

Furthermore, this event had a special significance as it celebrated a decade of successful partnership between Erasteel and PMMT underlining the ongoing commitment of our two entities to provide innovative and high-quality solutions to customers, while building strong and enduring relationships.

 

Our warmest thanks go to our teams and all the participants who contributed to the success of this event. Together, we are shaping the future of metallurgy!

In November, Erasteel took part in two major industry exhibitions in Asia:

  • In China, at the 24th DMP International Mould & Metalworking Exhibition with its distributor PMMT

  • In Thailand, at METALEX show with its distributor Kim Ann

These exhibitions were a great opportunity to showcase our high-performance cold work solutions.

As the world leader in Powder-Metallurgy High-Speed Steel, we shared our expertise and innovations with passionate professionals, broadening our horizons and strengthening our relationships with key players in the industry.

Erasteel at the 39th Fastmarkets International Ferroalloys Conference

How to design a more responsible and sustainable steel industry?

From 19th to 21st November, Erasteel had the privilege of taking part in the 39th Fastmarkets International Ferroalloys Conference in Prague.

Our team’s participation in the panel “The Voice of the Customers: meeting the Demands of Steel Mills” covering topics such as quality and specifications, supply Chain and sourcing, technology and innovation, sustainability, and environmental impact.

 An opportunity for Erasteel to share its innovative vision and its offers focused on sustainability:

  • High-Speed Steels with a low carbon footprint
  • Recycling of metal wastes into non-ferrous alloys (FeNi, FeNiMo, FeCoMo): our advanced low carbon emission technology preventing strategic metals from ending up in landfills and preserving scarce resources by offering them a second life 

In a context where environmental requirements are changing rapidly, Erasteel is committed to anticipating these changes. DMP 2020

Erasteel to showcase at the DMP 2020 exhibition from November 24 to 27 in Shenzen, China, Booth 6A36.

The DMP is the largest international Mould and Plastic Machinery show in South China. Decisionmakers and producers will meet and show latest products and innovations. The DMP Part 2 provides the opportunity to get latest informations and make new business contacts.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 27. November to 30. November 2018, about 1675 exhibitors and 123708 visitors on the DMP in Dongguan.

This year, we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of our first atomization of metal powders.

In 1969, world first powder atomization.

In 1995, the ASP® process is equiped with Electro Slag Heating which is a tundish metallurgical process offering efficient inclusion removal. 

In 2011, we inaugurated Durin, the largest atomization tower in the world.

Over the last 50 years, we have developed various grades to best meet your expectations and your applications.
